xbawx.com provides the following free web tools: a YouTube media downloader (“YT Converter”), an image compression and conversion tool (“IMG”), an AES-256 encrypted file transfer service (“SXFT”), a browser-based retro game emulator (“EMU”), and a private radio player. These services are provided “as is” at no charge and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

The YT Converter tool downloads publicly accessible media from third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to download and use any content you retrieve. Downloading copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder may violate copyright law and the terms of service of the source platform. The Site does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate copyright infringement. Cached files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
The EMU section provides a browser-based emulation environment. Game ROMs hosted on this Site are limited to publicly available homebrew titles, freeware, and software released under permissive licenses by their creators. The Site does not host or distribute commercial copyrighted ROMs. If you load external ROM files into the emulator, you represent that you own a legal copy of the corresponding software or have authorization from the rights holder. The Site accepts no liability for your use of externally sourced ROM files.
Files uploaded via SXFT are encrypted client-side and stored temporarily on our servers. You retain all ownership of uploaded content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We do not review or moderate uploaded files. Files are automatically purged at the expiry time you specify (maximum configurable period). We reserve the right to delete files at any time and to cooperate with law enforcement if presented with valid legal process regarding uploaded content.
Images uploaded for compression are processed on our servers and made temporarily available. Processed files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You retain all ownership of uploaded images. Do not upload images containing personal data of third parties without their consent or images that would otherwise violate applicable law.
xbawx.com respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@mccsoft.io containing: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
